ProFit

ProFit is a Bayesian galaxy model fitting tool that uses a fast C++ image generation library (libprofit) and a flexible interface to a large number of likelihood samplers (paper info here). I have made contributions to both the C++ and R side, from the model evaluation code to plotting routines.
